The Interfraternity Council (IFC) is the governing board of all eighteen campus recognized fraternities. IFC is made up of seven executive officers tasked with overseeing the various aspects of the University of Oregon's fraternity life community and advocating for the interests of all fraternity men at the University of Oregon. We aspire to promote a culture of leadership, service, brotherhood, and scholarship within our community and build stronger men. The University of Oregon's Interfraternity Council is committed to all expectations set forth by the North-American Interfraternity Council governing standards and is especially committed to building a community that is inclusive to individuals of diverse backgrounds. The current body of IFC executive members are involved in a broad range of campus organizations and are in charge of the Junior Greek Council, the IFC Judicial Board, and the Fraternity and Sorority Life Advisory Board. As officers, we continually seek to develop programming to enhance the social, intellectual, and mental well-being of the thirteen hundred fraternity men on campus. We firmly believe that becoming a fraternity man has tangible benefits for every college students and we strive to make every man's fraternity experience positive and valuable.
